According to Exicom e-Rickshaws are going to become the backbone of the Indian transport system as they provide noise and pollution free ‘first and last’ mile connectivity in the most economical manner. The company claims it’s lithium-ion batteries provide many benefits including high energy density, which reduces weight that leads to higher mileage between charges, fast charging time of two-hour, a longer lifecycle of more than 1,500, lower self-discharge, higher efficiency which enables around 25 percent low charging cost, zero maintenance, no requirement for water top-up and option of two cycles per day among many others. The company claims it is one of the largest suppliers in India with the deployment of more than 650MWhr.

The company states its lithium-ion batteries and chargers with intelligent BMS have all the safety features to protect the battery and vehicle in turn, with the in-built BMS, the user can get complete information on the number of charge and discharge cycles of the battery which helps him in providing hassle-free service. Additionally, the battery provides complete information to the driver on the dashboard about charging requirement, kilometers remaining for charging.

Kinetic Green’s e-three wheeler ‘Kinetic Safar’ has been approved by Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) to meet all government safety norms as per Central Motor Vehicle Rules (CMVR), for which Exicom is supplying the entire kit including lithium-ion battery, BMS (battery management system) and chargers.

Anant Nahata, managing director, Exicom said, "Kinetic Green’s selection of Exicom as its partner is a testament of our world-class battery and charging infrastructure solutions. We’re thrilled to play a significant role in our country’s transformation towards electric mobility.”
