Description
The Assistant Manager, Corporate Communications will support with content and strategy for all internal and external communications. |
• Responsible for both internal and external communications of the brand |
• Drafting the Logo guidelines, Corporate Communications policy and ensuring adherence of the same |
• Supporting the communications team in creating, editing and posting creative content on social media platforms |
• Responsible for content creation for newsletters, Director’s and Spokesperson communication |
• Supporting the communications team in executing the Annual report and Sustainability report for the organization from the content and storytelling perspective |
• Supporting the communications team in organizing various in-house events such as trade shows, campus placements and yearly get together of the company |
• Regular monitoring of the company’s website and social media metrics along with monthly analysis of the same |
• Supporting the communications team in developing branding ideas across office locations and plants of the company |
• Proposing new ideas to the management in terms of branding |
• Filing the awards nomination for the company |
• Responsible for the conceptualization of brand films |
• Creating a photo repository and arranging for photo shoots for the Leaders |
• Creating a social media strategy for the company’s social media pages and creating a monthly calendar for the same |
• Identifying and executing employee engagement campaigns and success stories for branding |
• Responsible for the branding content |
• Formulating a Business Process for the Corporate Communications team |
