Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager for a consulting organization
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and a knack of speaking to both domestic and international potential clients
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner with and passion for the clean energy sector
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop marketing collaterals to strengthen the CES brand and thought leadership.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations/case studies on CES products and services
- Lead development of project proposals for large consulting engagements
- Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs in RE, electric mobility, and energy storage
- Identify and work on finding upselling opportunities with existing / past clients
- Design and run marketing campaigns for consulting and subscription services based on industry trends.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities for expanding CES services in existing and new geographies.
- Develop dashboards to track opportunities and sales through Salesforce
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Plan and execute CES participation in major industry events around the globe
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects for improving CES offerings
